Our mission is to empower management to confidently guide their organisations through periods of change. By utilizing data-driven change monitoring, we provide insights into the organisation's current position in its change journey. This empowers management to act in a focused and targeted way and achieve their change objectives successfully.

Our story
Team Start
Start of the journey with a team of five experienced consultants.
In summer 2020, Marcella was able to win four experienced consultant colleagues to join her on her journey. Their goal was to make the success of change measurable. From their extensive consulting experience, they knew that change processes often weren't going well, employees were frustrated and the change objective wasn't achieved. They saw the reason for this in the fact that the responsible management did not even know how well the change was going and to what extent the employees were on board. They therefore wanted to develop a navigation tool for management.

Model Development
Development of the science-based model of the 6 success factors of change, the concise questionnaire and the innovative Change Eye® graphic
They began their work by developing a model of what makes a change successful. To achieve this, they reviewed literature and studies and interviewed customers and colleagues. As a result, they were able to identify six success factors. They developed a questionnaire with 30 concise questions to assess the six success factors. Knowing that the presentation of survey results was often confusing for clients, they developed their own easy to understand visualization. Two frequency distributions for the responses of employees and managers arranged in two circles. It was this graphic that gave the Change Eye® its name.

The team had to find new ways, otherwise the project would fail.

Participation in startup acceleration programs and funding from Innosuisse
Thanks to the innovative nature of the Change Eye® as the first method for data-driven change monitoring, the team was accepted into two different startup accelerator programs, the "zünder Accelerator" and the "Swiss Innovation Challenge". The Change Eye® also received funding from innosuisse, the Swiss agency for innovation. The team was able to build up valuable expertise and, thanks to this support, was able to significantly advance the Change Eye®.
